INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct delivery address for products. If you have entered an incorrect mailing address, then please get back to us as soon as possible, and if the package has not left for delivery, we will edit the mailing address.

PEER Next is not liable to any loss or damage caused wholly or mainly by your breach of our Terms & Conditions. We hereby disclaim any and all liability for personal injury, product defect and/or failure, claims that arise that are due to normal usage, misuse of products, abuse of products, product modifications, improper product selection.
AGE VERIFICATION
PEER Next is complaint with government rules for sale of products including rolling papers, carbon filters, lighters etc. to adults above 18 years of age. To prevent underage sales, we may (when possible and applicable) physically verify the age of the buyer at the time of final delivery before the shipment is released if you look below the age of 25 years.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
For orders within Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida) we offer same day delivery within 24 hours for prepaid orders, but not for COD (cash on delivery) orders which may take 1-2 days for delivery on average. Same day delivery can also happen quickly depending on the time of the order and the location, in as less as 15 minutes to an average of 2-3 hours on the same day. Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Saturday, qualify for delivery on the same day. Deliveries in off beat locations in Gurgaon/Gurugram, Noida, or Delhi do not qualify for same day delivery, however we will try to deliver as soon as possible within 1-3 days. Kindly note that Sundays and public holidays are not considered for 24 hours delivery. Exceptional circumstances such as technical difficulty, natural calamities such as severe rain, and excessive traffic etc. may result in delayed delivery. For orders placed outside of Delhi NCR and the rest of India, we will try to deliver within 1-3 days on average. Orders received before 3pm on working days will typically be dispatched on the same day.

We offer free shipping anywhere in India whether it be Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Goa, Dehradun, Chandigarh etc. for order above the combined value of ₹ 1,000. For orders with a value of less than ₹ 1,000 there is a fixed shipping charge of ₹ 100 per order. Please note that to place an order on PEER Next, your combined order value should be more than ₹ 300.

The outer courier box will simply bear a shipping slip with your name and details.
